A flower shop, a restaurant, a salon or a studio has nothing to film on a screen. What it has is better: the clips it already posts. uscale turns those into video ads for small business owners who would rather run the shop than learn an editor.
How it works
- Paste your Instagram address (or start from your website and give the director your Instagram). It reads your public profile: what you sell, where, your opening hours, and what your latest posts show. A website listed in your profile is read too.
- Say that the account is yours and that its clips may be used. Until you do, they are only read, never shown.
- Pick one of three ad ideas. Each comes in plain words: the hook, what is shown (which of your clips), what it says and the one action. The director says which it would run first, and why.
- Approve four or five short lines. Facts such as a delivery cut-off, a price or an area are taken from your site and your profile exactly as written. When the two disagree, the director asks you which is right.
- Get the ad. A tall video, 12 to 20 seconds, cut from your own clips, with the words set on screen, a voice and music. Ready for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
What you control
- Which idea runs, and every spoken line before anything is made.
- Which clips are used. Every clip is looked at first: stretches with a face, with words an app set over the picture, or out of focus are left out.
- The voice, and the wording of the offer.
