Video localization usually means re-cutting a finished film: new subtitles, a new voice, and words on screen that no longer fit. uscale makes the film in the language from the start. By default that is your website’s language; ask the director for another, and the script is written for it rather than translated word for word.
The 21 languages
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Romanian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Turkish, Indonesian and Malay.
How it works
- The director reads your site and notes its language. The film will be in that language unless you say otherwise.
- Ask for a language in the chat, for example:
- The film is written and voiced in that language: the narration, the captions that follow it, and the titles and labels the director writes on screen.
What changes, and what doesn’t
- Changes: the narration, the voice that reads it, the captions and the words the director puts on screen.
- Stays as it is: product and interface names, and your product’s own screens. The filming browser asks your site for the film’s language, so a site that has that language shows it.
