Make a launch film

Announce a product or a feature with a designed film built from your product and your launch brief.

A launch film announces something: a product, a feature, a release. It is designed rather than filmed: your product's screens, your brand and your words, composed into a short film with a voice and music.

The launch film the director made for uscale’s own site while we wrote these guides: 34 seconds, from one storyboard.

Start it

On Generate, paste your website and pick Announce something. Then give the director what the launch is about:

Prompt
We are launching <what>. It is for <who>, and the one thing they should remember is <the message>. Make a 30-second launch film that ends on <the call to action>.

Give it your launch material

A launch film is only as good as what it is built from. Attach your launch brief, positioning or release notes, and say they are background: see Give the director your brief or documents.

What the director checks

  • Numbers. A price, a percentage or a count on screen must come from your materials. If it is invented for the picture, the director says so.
  • Logos. Partner and customer logos are the real files, never redrawn.
  • Readability. Text stays large enough to read on a phone, and nothing is cut off by the edge of the frame.

After the storyboard

Approve the storyboard, and the film renders. Change any moment afterwards with Change one thing and keep the rest.

Try it on your own product. Your first video is free.
